How a production plan is set.

Requirements Review

Drawings, specifications, target volume, cost targets and compliance needs are reviewed before any production decision is made.

Site & Process Selection

China or Vietnam, in-house or specialist supplier, is decided per product based on process fit, capacity and sourcing requirements.

Coordinated Execution

One project manager runs engineering, production, quality and customer communication for the program, whichever site builds it.

Manufacturing & Supplier Network

Machining, grinding, heat treatment, assembly and inspection are run in-house at both sites. Surface treatments such as anodizing, electropolishing and PVD / DLC coating, and other specialist secondary processes, run through qualified partners under the same project plan and inspection requirements.
