FIT & INTERFACE REVIEW
Critical interfaces and dimensions are reviewed against the mating parts and the controlled specification before production. Tolerances are set per feature at drawing review; tight-tolerance features are confirmed on first-article samples.
Contact surfaces and locating features determine how the part fits the surrounding assembly.
Clearance must suit the intended fit or movement. Dimensions are considered across the mating parts, not in isolation.
The drawing identifies the dimensions that matter to function, location and assembly.
Moving features need the travel and engagement required by the complete mechanism.
Locating features, fastening order and access affect how the component can be assembled.
Tolerance choices depend on the mating parts, material and process. Limits are reviewed against the controlled specification.
INSPECTION & FINISHING
Inspection points, methods and sampling are defined for the part and its assembly. Explore Our Quality System →

START A COMPONENT PROGRAM
Share the part function, drawing status and known manufacturing requirements. We can advise on development, sampling and quotation.
After you approve the physical samples, we carry out a pilot production run and testing. Full-scale production begins only after the pilot run passes the required checks and receives your approval.
An NDA can be arranged before confidential project information is shared.
