Established in 1998,Power State offer a wide range of product, including knives, cutters, multi tools, hatchets and axes, with its own factory NOOBO, own brand ";POWSTA"; and ";SUMMIT GEAR";, our story is of a family dedicated to the pursuit of knife making excellence. Our quality is the result of continuous research inspired by the centuries old craft of knife making .We have consistently focused on the refinement of the traditional knife making craft in combination with modern engineering advances.

Since 1998,our factory has manufactured knives for the biggest names in the industry. We consistently have brought quality, design and innovation to the knife making industry. Our factory operates strictly to ISO9001 standards, with capacity in excess of 50 million units per year.

We have passed audit by the largest retailers in the US including Walmart, The home Depot, and Lowe's.

Our brand is a brand standards for quality, innovation and performance in outdoor and camping area strive to create new designs that are unique and functional and ergonomic constantly.

Superalloy Steel

Pioneering powder metallurgy steels (MagnaCut, CPM-20CV), dual-metal laser fusion, and Terravantium cobalt alloy – delivering extreme edge retention and corrosion resistance.

Ceramic / Cermet blades offer naturally stainless properties with hardness just below diamond, ideal for marine, chemical and high‑corrosion environments.

Precision Manufacturing

Laser & Heat Treatment

Laser cladding deposits high‑hardness alloy on critical edge zones, doubling wear resistance. Monobloc construction eliminates weak points by milling from a single steel block.

Vacuum + cryogenic heat treatment (–190°C) unlocks full material potential. CBN (cubic boron nitride) abrasives deliver micron‑level sharpness for 60% longer edge life.

Advanced Coating Engineering

DLC Coating

Diamond‑Like Carbon (DLC) coating: microhardness;4000 HV, friction coefficient<;;0.1, dramatically reduces cutting resistance while providing unmatched corrosion and scratch protection.

PVD (TiN/TiCN/TiAlN multi‑layer) creates a ceramic‑grade surface layer, increasing wear resistance 3–5x for extreme heavy‑duty cutting tasks.
